Manager - Sales - General Trade - FMCG (10-15 yrs)
1) Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the territory operations in terms of driving and achieving the desired sales and revenue targets.
2) Would be responsible for planning, deploying, and executing joint business plans and building organizational capability.
3) Would be instrumental in achieving company's vision by ensuring sustainable and profitable business operations.
4) The Sales Manager will achieve all the above by leading, motivating and managing a large team of high-performance sales staff.
1) Candidate's must have proven sales experience of minimum 10+ years working in the FMCG/ Food Processing industry.
2) Must have experience in leadership role, managing a team of high calibre sales team.
3) Should exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills and eye for details.
4) Should possess excellent interpersonal skills.
5) Age Criteria: 35 - 45 years.
