1) Prepare and Work upon Sales Strategies to achieve business goals set as per Financial Year

2) Responsible to achieve & contribute to the base volumes for existing customer base in each vertical

3) Drive business growth in Express Sales Activities

4) Generate & Oversee All Freight Sales Activities to increase the Sales volume

5) Responsible for establish and managing relations with old as well new customers in need of the firms' freight services and courier services.

6) Be Proactive on Market Trends & Research on additional revenue stream

7) Target of five New Customer acquisition on a monthly basis

8) Driving new strategies for retaining customers with incremental volumes Quarter to Quarter and working towards long term Business Associations

9) Coordinate with Management for all Strategic Business Decisions, SOP's & Escalations for profitability and business continuity

10) Involve in RFQ and tenders along with other team members.

11) Sourcing Vendors to assist in operations & Pricing Team

12) Continuously Interact with Product Head for Monthly business Report and Quarterly Business Review. Manage Team in terms of Sales, Operations & Customer Relations

13) Train & mentor, the respective team members of the branches to drive Sales

14) Responsible to Close Collections targets within the stipulated timeframe.

15) Liasioning with Airlines and Other Principles on a regular basis

16) Effectively interacts with other departments including, the account management operation & logistic team.

17) Study the market, but not limit of competitors, carriers, manufactures to be updated on market tends, fluctuation and change

18) Timely submission of your DSR/MSR/QSR with analysis to your superior.

19) Generate all required Analytics & MIS Reports as required.

20) Ensure all compliances as per Government.

Skill Sets Required & Qualifications :

- Relevance of industry experience only will be considered

- Team Handing capabilities

- Good English Communicating Skills (written and verbal)

- Should have the ability to plan, coordinate and execute with time management.

- Speed and Accuracy is added attributed.

- Post-Graduates will be preferred, though not mandatory
