Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for all Sales related functions across the organization. Studying, assessing market trends to identify customer needs to find out the potential customer in the market. To understand indenter requirements and arrange for suitable material in time. To resolve the disputes with vendors, New vendor Development, Daily Follow-up to vendor For supplying Pending Materials. Preparing & maintaining payment schedules to coordinating with clients for payment follow-ups.

Responsibilities :


- Market/Field visits for business/client development through various sources to produce business leads.

- Co-ordinating among all the branches for attaining data for available products to schedule the daily dispatch.

- Studying, assessing market trends to identify customer needs to find out the potential customers in the market. To understand indenter requirements and arrange for suitable material in time.

- Coordination & negotiating with clients for terms & conditions of the business to schedule payments.

- Calling vendors for finalizing quantity of products as per their need to schedule delivery.

- Preparing & maintaining payment schedules to coordinating with clients for payment follow-ups.

- Preparing and giving products demos/presentations to create market leads for additional products.

- Preparing & maintaining Daily Dash Boards to report to designated Head.

- Handling clients- queries to resolve their disputes & grievances.

- Updating daily entries to prepare & maintain daily report.

- To understand indenter requirements and arrange for suitable material in time.

- Daily Follow-up to the vendor for supplying Pending Materials.

Requisite Skills :


- Sales experience of 7-10 Years

- Ability to manage complete Sales Process

- Ability to work under pressure

- Performance Driven & Focused on results

Desired Skills :


- Good communication skills

- Good Analytical skills

- Knowledge of SAP, ERP, etc.

- Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

- Relevant Experience: Min. 5 to 6 years
