Job Description :

The Sales Manager for B2B FMCG Industrial Sales plays a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to grow sales in the industrial sector. This position requires a proven track record in B2B sales and an in-depth understanding of the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales representatives and work closely with clients to identify opportunities and deliver on our company's sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.

- Set sales targets, provide regular coaching and performance evaluations.

Strategy Development :

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals.

- Identify new market opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients.

- Understand clients' needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.

Sales Growth :

- Drive revenue growth by expanding the client base and increasing sales to existing clients.

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Sales Presentations :

- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

- Communicate the value of our products and services effectively.

Forecasting and Budgeting :

- Develop annual sales forecasts and budgets in collaboration with the executive team.

- Monitor and report on progress towards sales targets.

Market Research :

- Stay informed about market conditions, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

- Provide insights to adapt and respond to changing market dynamics.

Compliance :

- Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in B2B sales in the FMCG or industrial sector.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Knowledge of relevant software applications (e.g., CRM tools).

- Ability to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events.
