Manager - Sales - FMCG (10-12 yrs)
- Should be able to determine annual category wise and gross-profit plans for their zone by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results.
- Should be able to establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for their regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Able to implement regional sales strategy/ programs by developing branch wise sales action plans.
- Able to Complete sales operational requirements for the region by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains sales staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks with Modern Trades/Institutions/other clients.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
