Position -Sales Manager / Customer Relation Manager
Qualification -MBA fresher or Experienced
Location - Zirakpur
Salary -25,000 -28,000 per month
- Handle customers' inbound and outbound calls.
- Generate business through generating orders over the call
- Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication - scripts- when handling different topics
- Identify customers- needs and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Manage Dispatch of all orders as and when requested by the customer
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Huge incentives are offered on the targets.
