Job Description : Sales Manager For Fitness Center

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for sales and actively manage membership sales and support the owner on sales related efforts inside and outside the studio.

- The Sales Manager will be in charge of generating leads, converting them and retaining them as members, plus booking them into class.

- The Sales Manager will be required to meet planned goals, oversee the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of sales associates. When in studio, the Sales Manager will support the Studio Owner oversee operations.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree is preferred

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner

- Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail

- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, social, on the telephone and via email

- Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment

- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

- Demonstrate going above and beyond to accomplish goals

- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information

- Ability to direct, lead, coach, and develop sales staff

- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public

- Proficiency with computers and studio software (training will be provided)

- Ability to work weekends

- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat

- Clients follow-ups

- Visiting corporate and town ships,

- Fitness manager someone who has a Passion for fitness and understands the rules and responsibilities of running fitness centre.

- Smooth operations of business

- Handling clients leads and following up converting them sales

- Revenue generation from various leads

- Doing and events with corporate and buildings to generate awareness about the brand

- Tie up with corporates

- Up selling to current members

- Roaster management

- Handling client query and grievances

- Prepare daily reports

- Maintain Outlet cleanliness and hygiene

- Regular follow up with clients for conversions and trial classes

- Documentation of paperwork

- Operating software and reports on daily basis
