Job Description : 

We are looking at on boarding Business Development Managers who has excellent communication skills both verbal & written and a very good understanding of the retail industry. The candidate should have a good understanding of the customer's need and pitch the retail opportunities with 6DX MACH. He should be capable to identify the Enterprise retailers and pitching them about the product in the assigned territory and close the complete Sales Cycle from lead generation to final negotiation with customers.

Duties and Responsibilities : 

- To sell the cutting edge 6DX MACH solutions to the enterprise retailers

- Experience in retail industry and thorough understanding of the retail domain

- Actively hunt the new opportunities in the assigned territories

- Actively participates in sales calls and presentations; identifies goals, evaluates account needs, and close the deals

- Ability to achieve complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal preparation to final negotiation with clients

- Excellent listening, verbal, written and research skills

- Quick learner, highly inquisitive and ambitious

- Ability to understand and successfully promote solution offerings

- Organized, with strong prioritization skills for follow-ups

- Effectively builds relationship with CXO level executives

- The ability to deliver engaging presentations and communicate technical information

- The ability to build strong relationships, internally and externally

- Exceptional networking and rapport building skills

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Support the identification and development of new business opportunities and help to maintain and grow business within the assigned territories

- Conducts significant direct contact with customers and travel to customer sites.

Required Skills / Abilities : 

- Working as a BDM in any organization (Enterprise/Retail Sales/ E commerce) or fresher's.

- Exceptional analytical and documentation skills.

- Experience in gathering sales through proper identification of new business opportunities.

- Proficient in creating product documentations through Power point presentations.

- Ability to influence and build strong relationships.

- Knowledge of Point-of-Sales (POS) and Retail Analytic, along with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be an added advantage.
