- We are looking for an international Sales Development Representative to join our team as a contractor. We are all working remotely - so will you!
Your background and qualities:
- You have at least 3 years of experience as Sales Development Representative
- Relevant experience in advertising or sponsoring sales for a media company
- Understanding of online advertising business and metrics
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commitment to growth
- You have a convincing style - in personal conversations, but also in writing emails
- Motivated self-starter.
- Independent and reliable way of working
- You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic company environment
- You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with other team members to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
- An understanding of financial markets and investments is a plus
- Experience with at least one customer relationship management system (CRM)
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
Your role:
- As Sales Development Representative you will work closely with the Head of Sales, set up and execute sales campaigns to promote online event sponsoring and advertising packages.
- Your tasks include
- Drive our growth through outbound sales that will turn into opportunities and closed business
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our business offering, unique selling proposition, and our lead generation process
- Identify and reach out to leads via personal sales emails, LinkedIn messages, and phone calls
- Educate and develop leads through outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, webinars, and direct campaigns
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set. Hand-over qualified prospects to the Account Executive
- Follow up with leads, answer customer requests, send out promotional material, and set up virtual meetings
- Drive the sales pipeline, close deals, and hit your sales targets.
- Keep records of all contact interactions in our CRM system
