Manager - Sales - Event Management Firm (4-6 yrs)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1. Generate new business opportunities in MICE and events.
2. Seek process and execute client requests and product orders.
3. Nurture and explore business from existing clients and develop strategies.
4. Good creative knowledge about events, ideation and great presentation skills.
5. Liaise with clients/customer to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Prepare presentations according to the brief of the client
7. Actively arranging appointments, negotiating, closing and executing the projects
8. Able to handle crisis management, cost and time management.
9. On site event management, supervising the vendors on quality control.
10. Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction and keep them updated about new features launched
11. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of products orders/ services
12. Track and manage PO and billing /invoicing of monthly event expenses.
13. Must be highly creative, thinking out of the box. Should be goal driven, problem solving and have high work ethics
