Sales Manager (Electrical Products)
Location - Kochi (Candidate Based on Ernakulam)
Salary - 40000-60000/m
Experience - 05-10 Years ( should ready to travel across Kerala)
Sales & Planning:
- Achievement of Sales targets and collections with the help of dealer/sub-distributor network.
- Lead the team of sales officers in the territory.
- Tracking of lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor dealer/ sub-distributor performance and take action to improve the non-performing areas; appoint new networks in unrepresented areas.
- Increase market share through an increase in reach and share of the business.
- Forecast sales to assist procurement.
Sales Promotion:
- Execution of Dealer/Sub distributor Schemes & Consumer Schemes as per company initiatives.
- Lead the conduct of Consumer Meets / Influencers Meet that influence purchase behaviour.
Service aspects:
- Ensure consistency of order fulfilment for streamlined operations.
- Attending of customer complaints/grievances and resolution.
People Development:
- Review the performance of subordinates; identify their training needs
- Support in implementation of any People / HR related policies
Initiatives:
- Drive implementation of initiatives for improvement in the current systems & processes
