Manager - Sales - Electric Vehicle Charging Business (2-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
In this critical sales role, you will have a successful track record and relevant experience selling technology of tomorrow to a variety of customers. You must be able to thrive in a fast paced sales environment, be creative, independent, focused and an excellent problem solver.
- Acquiring hosts for charging infrastructure: Perform sales presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects.
- Qualify and develop new business opportunities from outbound/inbound calls, leads, general prospecting and email marketing. This includes cold calling and networking in the region to develop one's own opportunities.
- Account nurturing and management: Building relationships, think strategically and find business continuity opportunities with your accounts.
- Operational management of host relationships: Provide assistance in invoicing, billing and other transactional activities of your account.
- Coordinate with the on-ground operation team: Working with the team in Bangalore for installations of EV Chargers for your accounts.
- Develop a strong technical baseline through training and development milestones
Desired qualification/Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 2-4 Year of job experience
- Local knowledge and understanding of the city
- Relevant experience with technical solution and consultative selling
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
- Possess strong negotiation skills
- You need to be an intense energetic self-starter and able to work hard, independently.
- Teamwork oriented, and a willingness to work to the benefit of others
- Language Proficiency - English & Hindi
