Company Profile: Our client is a leading eLearning organisation having national presence and funding from reputed organisations. They are growing rapidly and are looking Sales Professionals to be based at Mumbai, Hyderabad & Bangalore. Our clients offer a wide range of training services to school & college students students preparing for their academic courses and competitive exams for engineering, medical and other courses. Job Description: Will be the face of the organisation for all the students and their parents.

Role & Responsibilities

- As mini CEOs, independently lead their respective branch; take end-to-end P&L ownership for their branch.

- Define, develop and use metrics to drive the vision and manage a business unit independently.

- Build and motivate high performing teams to achieve Top-line targets and profit targets for your branch and ensure month-on-month growth.

- Create the strategies that steer the branch team including overall branch structure, hiring, compensation, sales targets, lead generation and management, territory optimization etc.

- Drive consistent sales goal setting processes (with RMs and Sales Managers) and design sales incentive plans, partnering with cross-functional teams and sales leadership

- Leverage internal tools (CRM, Sales app) to drive efficiencies in operational processes

- Ensure quality assurance methods and metrics are in place for operational excellence

Candidate Profile: Graduates / MBAs with 8-12 years sales experience from organisation in verticals like Insurance, resorts, real estate, eLearning, FMCG, Credit Card etc. Must have led team of 10-40+ sales executives (company exployees or DSAs). Must:

- Have distinctive problem-solving skills

- Possess excellent team building and people management abilities

- Thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Come with strong data management, and analytics experience
