The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets.
- Identifying, building and nurturing client relationships.
- Communicating with clients' to understand their needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them.
- Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.
- Managing a team of 1-5 people.
The Profile :
- You have at least 2 years experience within a B2C sales / account management role, ideally within the IT Software industry.
- You have prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
