Profile :

Sales Manager will :

- Create a sales infrastructure and personally make sales calls to convert high performing hot leads post free trial class. We have an incredible conversion rate of 25%, allowing the tremendous incentive-generation opportunity for a high performing manager.

Job Skills :

- Aggressive : Take no prisoners- approach. The founder is extremely driven and aggressive, and sales lead should have the same all-consuming drive.

- Systems Thinking : Create strong processes and systems to build a rocket-ship.

- Multi-Dimensional, "Growth Hacker" Skill Set with a strong sense of ownership for work.

- Working hours : Weekdays: 9 hrs - (Must be flexible in case of business needs).

- Saturday/Sunday (Peak Call-Center Volume for Company) : 9:30 a.m-9:30p.m.

- Saturday and Sunday working you can take off on Monday or Tuesday Off.
