Job Description :

The ideal candidate for this role: You are a proven sales manager adept in direct to consumer consultative sales. You are comfortable working with high ticket size products which require focused nurturing over a period of time and yet can build urgency for the end consumer to decide fast. You have worked in an extremely competitive sales environment and have been at the top 10 percentile of your team. You have managed a team of 10+ sales executives to an industry leading standard and are looking to take your next career step in a very fast paced, demanding market. Date driven, conservatively focused, fiercely ambitious and willing to get stuck into the sales function when required alongside managing and nurturing sales talent.

What will you be doing ?

- Being a mentor and manager for 8-12 Admissions Counselors.

- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to your team across .

- This includes managing a team that is making phone calls, product demonstrations,sales closing, and post sales relationship management

- Training existing Admissions Counselors on how to sell to potential learners.

- Carrying monthly and quarterly enrolment/ revenue and collection targets

- Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness model of online learning.

Profile Requirement :

Inside Sales Manager, Tele-sales Manager, B2C Sales Manager preferably from a B2C set up. Hardcore Sales targets, No operation profile. No field Sales profile.. CTC- 7-12L, Exp: 4-10 years.. Need a person who is directly handling a team (not thru TLs), Age <35

- Avoid candidates who lack stability, change too many jobs, Not working for the last few months. B2B/SaaS sales is fine if the candidate is responsible for transactions (Don't want a pre-sales person who is just warming up the lead and passing that to the core sales team/Field Sales team)


- No compromise on com-skills as we are dealing with a Study Abroad product and managers do speak to customers at times to close the transaction.
