Manager - Sales - eCommerce & Consumer Electronics (2-7 yrs)

Sales and marketing :

Sales planning and reporting :

- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams

- Collaborate with BDM/PMM to develop sales strategies to improve market share in given product lines

- Monitor area sales, analyse variances and develop & implement area specific sales action plans to ensure revenue growth for Fire suppression system & Other Product categories

Sales Execution :

- Perform sales activities for major accounts and negotiate sales price and discounts in consultation with BDM/PMM

- Should be a product specifier in the market and approach the respect stakeholder for 360 degree customer mapping

- Timely engagement with consultants and Builders to get the new leads for Fire hydrant system

- Drive and monitor distributor performance on metrics of sales, on-time delivery, query resolution

- Provide recommendations on new distributor appointment and distributor management system

- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet the targets

- Channel development and engagement

- Go getter approach in the market

Activations and Launches :

- Conduct influencer engagement programs like sales promotion activities and vendor development and Business Expantion

Educational qualification :

- Bachelor's degree, In engineering/mechanical with MBA in sales and marketing

Years of Experience :

- 2-5 years in sales and marketing roles, Preferably in ecommerce Industry and Consumer Electronic Products

Skills/Knowledge :

- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information

- Good oral and written communication and presentation skills

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to build relationships,

- Influencing and Negotiation ability

Language :

- Fluent in English and Kannada
