- Develop and implement a comprehensive distribution channel strategy aligned with the company's sales objectives and growth targets.

- Identify and evaluate potential distribution channel partners, including distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Establish and nurture relationships with distribution channel partners to drive mutual growth and profitability.

- Negotiate agreements and contracts with distribution channel partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that support business objectives.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align distribution channel activities with overall business goals.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion within distribution channels.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of distribution channel activities and optimize performance.

- Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to management regarding distribution channel performance, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting distribution channels.

- Lead and motivate a team of distribution channel professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
