Sales Development Manager 


- Looking for an India's Leading LI Company - 50-70 % Lead-Based Word 


- Convince the customer and sales insurance policy 


- Give the right policy explanation to clients 


- Tell them the benefits of the policy etc.


 - Take daily follow-up clients.

Applicants Requirements : 

- 1-2+ Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing of Any field

- Strong Communications and Presentations Skill of the Products

- Ability to coach and Mentor your Financial Advisors team

- Attractive Personality and positive attributes

- Goal Oriented and meet the sales goals

Job Roles and Responsibility :

- Build relationship with the Bank sales/operations team and ensure the

- Business targets and Productivity targets of the allocated branches are met.

- Assist bank in acquiring banking customers through insurance product sale.

- Working jointly with the Branch Manager on Business Implementation plan.

- Driving and motivating the branch staff along with Bank RM and providing

- Support for logging in applications sourced.

- Listen to customer needs and present suitably products to make a sale.

- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.

- Cold call to arrange meetings with conceivable customers to prospect for new business.

- Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.

- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
