Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)

Roles:
1. Employ, train, motivate and advise a team of sales agents
2. Managing recruiting, goals setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales agents
3. Create and promote robust and long-stable customer connections by partnering with them and understanding their needs
4. Grow your sales team through motivation, counseling, and development learning education.
5. Coach advisers for higher productivity, prepare the system; achieve the target
Experience: Min 2 years experience in sales & marketing
Salary: 2.75 LPA to 4.75 LPA
Must be graduation
