Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Designation : Sales development manager
Roll:- On roll
CTC:- 3.00 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
Location : Odisha
Responsibility:-
- Recruit, mentor and develop insurance agents and nurture them to reach their full potential
- Set clear objectives and establish sales targets for the team
- Generate leads and ensure optimal conversion ratios
- Monitor sales progress and keep up to date with latest insurance products and regulations
- Oversee all insurance sales, from initial contact to policy completion
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures
- Prepare sales reports for senior management
Requirement:-
- Proven work experience as an Insurance Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of the insurance industry and its products
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Ability to develop strategy and sales plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
- Strong customer service skills and a deep understanding of customer service procedures
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
