Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Recruit Agents from Open Market and Generate Business through Them
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Experience: Mini. 2 Years in Sales and marketing
- Qualification: Graduation/MBA
- Skill: - Influential Skills, Relationship Building Skills, Achievement Oriented
- Basic Computer Skills: - (MS - Office, Excel, Power Point)
