Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Job Profile :
- To identify potential Financial Advisors & recruit them from your natural contact & references.
- To schedule training of the advisors for products training, IRDA process & regulations & sales & soft skills.
- To schedule the IRDA Eam for the prospect Advisor & generating their Code.
- Set targets for advisors, review them & consistently motivate them to generate maximum business out of them.
- Designing contests & arranging campaign s for lead generation of prospective clients & advisors.
Reporting to the Branch Manager.
Desired Candidate Criteria :
- Any Graduate are welcomed.
- Must be a localize in City for at least for 2 year.
- Professional having any Sales & Marketing experience from any industry.
- Candidate should be an excellent team player & should pose good leadership qualities.
- Good communication skills & present ability. Good Network
- Age Limit: 21 to 38 years.
