Job Description:
- They may accomplish growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales staff.
- To expand the clientele and sustain a solid presence, develop and implement a comprehensive business plan.
- Establish sales targets, monitor your performance against them, and change as necessary.
- Examine the current team practices, pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement the changes.
- Forecast sales in a detailed and accurate manner.
