We have an Urgent Opening for the Position of - Sales Development Manager
Role :
- Recruiting prospective life advisors training and motivating them
- Driving sales for the company through life advisors
- Goal setting, reviewing, and assisting them
Responsibilities :
- Develop and mentor sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- Soft skills Training & on-job retraining of staff & resources
- Develop and maintain key sales initiatives and programs, techniques to support the sales team in market coverage
- Daily analysis of sales targets and operational metrics and creating actionable aimed toward continuous improvement
Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 2.5 years of experience in field sales
- Aged 24 to 30 year
- Must be graduated
- Good network
- Local candidate
- Strong communication skill
- Good relationship management skills and ability to lead small to medium cross-functional teams
