Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
- Incumbent is responsible to recruit, manage, lead a team of advisors.
- Act as a mentor, coach, and trainer for the team to drive sales targets.
- Generate leads from the open market
- Monitoring & following the process for driving sales through your advisors.
- Doing Performance Review of your Advisors
- Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities. Chances for getting 3 promotions within a year.
Candidate Requirement :
- Qualification: Any graduate
- Experience: Min 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
- The candidate must be local to the same city
