Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (1-6 yrs)

WE are looking for the insurance Sales development managers who can take responsibilities for managing the agency channel sales of the company, managing agents, training the agents, and achieving sales targets.
Roles and Responsibility:
1.Sourcing Business through team efforts
2. Active Participation in Sales Contest driving the same in team for successful achievement.
3. Develop Sales Strategy on monthly basis
4. Meet targets of Sales Promotional Activities / Cluster Activities. Meet Monthly Revenue Targets
5. Manage team performance and productivity
6. Provide leadership and management to the team of Advisors.
7. Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisors Involves attending sales calls (outside the office),
Requirements:
Age : upto 38 years
Qualification: Graduate in any field (For Diploma: 10+2 & 3 years of Diploma)
Experince : Minimum 1 year in field sales
(Note: must be a local person for 3-4 years)
