Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (1-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and achieve company targets
- Recruit, train and manage a team of sales representatives
- Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to the sales team
- Monitor and analyze team and individual performance, and take corrective actions as needed
- Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the company's market share
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Conduct regular meetings and trainings with the team to improve their sales techniques and product knowledge
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team
Requirements :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales.
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of the banking and financial services industry
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Compensation:
Competitive Salary: INR 2.75 to 3.75 LPA
