Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- To develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- To conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- To arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- To promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives
- To keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- To provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- To build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- To develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Candidate Requirements :
- Salary: 2.20 LPA + Incentives + Performance bonus + Medical benefits and other benefits
- Education: Bachelor`s (Preferred)
