- Handling Bank Branch for Life Insurance Products.
- Relationship building with employees and branch managers of the concerned bank and to keep them motivated for business generation .
- Support branch employees in their sales effort, in terms of lead .
- To do upselling to the existing customers.
- To maintain persistency at 85% for the sales executed through Bank leads
