Manager - Sales Development - Corporate Agency & Broking (1-2 yrs)
Job Description:
- Responsible for driving sales and achieving thesales target for the assigned brokers
- Comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance solutions based on analysis
- Ensure that all service requirements are met, medicals facilitated and customers are satisfied.
- Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the corporate agency/brokers whether through walk in, data-mining, referrals and others.
Desired Profiles:
1. Undergraduate or Graduate
2. Outgoing, smart and good command on Local language
3. Must have Two Wheeler
4. 1 year experience in Sales, preferably in Life Insurance, Financial, Pharma or FMCG products.
5. Must have strong integrity. Stringent Background Check is mandatory.
