Role: Business Development Manager

Reports to: Area Sales Manager-Insurance sector

Work Experience :

1-5 yrs of experience in BFSI and NBFC sector only.

Candidates from other industries will not be considered.

Age Criteria : 25 to 35

Job Location : Telengana (Hyedrabad, Siddipet, Nirmal, Nizamabad)

Education : Any Graduate in Any Specialization

Key Responsibilities :

1. To acquire New to Bank Customers and pursue new business relationships.

2. To reach out to High Net - worth individuals

3. Attract potential customers for Trade & Forex services thus generating fee based revenue.

4. To increase the customer base by developing business relationships with existing customers.

5. Acquire new business by selling Banking products like Savings Account, Current Account,Debit/Credit cards and IPG & Asset products.

6. Maintaining & activating customers for Trade transactions within T + 3 months thereby generating value &revenue.

7. Cross selling asset via business banking, loan against property, Home Loan and business loan.

8. Finding new customers from open market by travelling within the local area/branch allotted.
