Manager - Sales Development - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
We are searching for a highly observant Bancassurance Manager to generate accurate support on behalf of our steadily growing firm.
Criteria:
Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing (which 1 year in BFSI and 1 year in sales)
Graduate
Must be knowledgeable about the insurance sector
Age between 21 to 38 years
Framework :
- Cross-sell/upsell products.
- it meets the customer's needs.
- Customer Leads when furnished are to be called and fix meetings for sales visits and convert the lead to sales.
- 60% lead base work 30% self-sourcing
