JOB DESCRIPTION :

Position :

Sales Manager - Defense (1 Position)

Nature of Job

Competencies :

- The right candidate will be required to market only Enterprise Voice Products (EPABX) along with associated application product like NMS(security product, Network, IP Management)

-The candidate should be able to communicate effectively to present our offerings, gather customer requirement, uncover needs/pain areas and present customized solutions to the client.

- The job will include generating new prospectus, making sales, ensuring deployment of the equipment and final closure of the deals majorly in defense business specifically in Army, defense or military vertical.

- The candidate will be required to identify accounts in defense vertical, develop them and manage relationships individually.

-Knowledge of Indian Army/Defense locations in Northern Command in Mandatory

-Technical knowledge of PBX is also mandatory since this position is majorly to handle Army requirements.

-Data/Networking knowledge will be additional benefit.

Location : Gurgaon

Reporting To : Country Director - Strategic Business

Preferred Age Group : 28-32 years

Qualification : 

Educational Qualification : B.Sc/BE/B.Tech. /M.Sc/MBA

Experience :
 
- 6-8 Years of work experience in the Enterprise Telecom + Networking industry. Should be able to carry targets and deliver them. Hard core selling experiences of Enterprise Voice and enterprise Networking product like Router, switched from OEM like Cisco, HP, Juniper etc.

- Suitable candidate must have experience with major accounts in North India, & able to hunt/ identify and handle Defense accounts for desired product lines.

- Preferably Avaya Global Connect, AGCL, Progility(Unify), Mitel, Tadiran, BPL Telecom, Enkay, HCL Infosystem, Dimention Data, Cisco, NEC, Wipro Infotech, Value point, Intellicon, Or any other system integrators. Candidates from networking companies may also be considered.

- Personnel who sell PRI, MPLS, LL, WLL, from service provider will not be consider.

Communication Skills and Attributes : 

- Should be a go getter and be able to generate enquiries and business.

- Willing to travel extensively.

- Have good Communication (written & spoken)

- Have good presentation skills.

- Computer literate.

- Team player with positive attitude and willing to learn

CTC : 8-10LPA Depending on the experience and quality of the candidate
