Manager - Sales - Cyber Security Technical Certification (8-15 yrs)

Our client is the world's largest cyber security technical certification body. They operate in 145 countries globally. They have trained and certified over 2,00,000 (2 lakh) information security professionals globally that have influenced the cyber security mindset of countless organizations worldwide.

Education: MBA/Technical graduate degree preferred

Experience: 8 to 10 years of techno-sales experience (Training/Educational/IT industry experience is a must)

Location: Goregaon (Mumbai)

Salary: Depending on the experience and current package of the candidate

Benefits: Variables

Working days: 5 days (Monday to Friday)

Working hours: 10.00 am to 7.00 pm

Job Description:

1) Provide quality leadership for existing and new customers in all assigned tasks.

2) Achieves the budgeted revenue and profitability quotas for the company's training and Certification segments within Corporate vertical.

3) Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth.

4) Sells and teaches others how to sell value and solutions to the end customers.

5) Directs the selling activities within PAN India.

6) Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with Corporate objectives.

7) Efficiently manages the regional partners and support them to help them gain more market business.

8) Identify the big corporates, training houses, educational, academic and Government bodies in the region and extend the company's products to them.

9) Manage the team to ensure productivity and assure time management to support sales in the region.

10) Conduct Presentations and visit Corporate clients.

11) Responsible for the Regions forecasting and sales tracking.

12) Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information.

13) Identify trends that effect current and future growth of Corporate sales and profitability.

1) Self-starter, hardworking, Persistent, Independent and highly motivated.

2) Ability to motivate and lead a team.

3) Should be able to perform multiple tasks and work extensively.

4) Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

5) Relationship building skills, active listening and presentation skills.

6) Should be able to understand the business needs, challenges and expectations.

7) Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.

8) High proficiency in English.

9) Direct interaction with the Partners, Marketing peers and Customers will incorporate a major part of this assignment.
