Manager - Sales - CT Optics (10-15 yrs)

- Responsible for direct sales management for the assigned territory.

- Maintain and expand customer base by counseling sales representatives, build rapport with key customers / identify new customer opportunities in the market.

- Take part in tender (pre tender /finalizing and post tender/) activities.

- Take full responsibility for local events, i.e., in the organization of sales / product meetings, trainings.

- Collect, consolidate & prepare sales, marketing updates and reports for the management.

- Persuade clients that the product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.

- Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast with market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.

- Evaluate business opportunities and potential markets by conducting market research.

- Enable team members to achieve their goals through effective target setting, deal strategizing, coaching and leadership.

Position Requirement :

Qualification - 60% and above in all academics IS COMPULSORY

1. An engineering degree

2. Master's in Business Administration preferably with the Marketing/Sales discipline

Candidate should have a minimum experience of 10+ years ; Should have managed and led teams across regions.
