A leading supplier for Automobile industry is looking for Sales CRM Manager


.Job responsibilities include :

- Act liaison between marketing, sales, and higher management

- Co-ordinate with sales team to meet business objectives, devise sales strategy & processes, cold callings, enquiry handling, proposals, sales team building and mentoring, etc

- Data mining and identifying business opportunities to generate leads in various sectors, guiding team to connect with the right person for pitching, collaborating with in-sales and technical team for preparing pitch presentations/proposals, on the job mentoring to the field sales team, help team to generate reports and structure for higher management reviewing, oversee all active proposal conversion processes within the team, etc

- Visionary. Proactive planner for future targeting and brand building

- Hands on experience in various sales & marketing analytics activities like product pitches, contract implementation, pricing audits, marketing initiatives, etc.

- Good Communication and leadership skills is a must. Preferably creative thinker.

- Develop and manage sales reports and other data analytics activities.

- Work on advanced data visualization, business dashboards and storyboarding for meeting deadlines

- To work on Master Data management and maintenance

- Work with higher management and other teams for meetings, reporting structure and audits

- Achieving sales lead generation targets

- Generate sales reports & ad-hoc data analytics to build insightful plans and strategies for identification of business opportunities and/or future brand/business building.

- Solving complex technical integration solutions and issues

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships

- Demonstrates a commitment to the technology industry staying educated on the new regulations, our product solutions changes, innovations and trends.
