The Job :
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct tours and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our co-working space to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional campaigns and events to attract new members.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements with clients to maximize profitability while meeting their needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to members, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ideal Candidate :
Required Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, in the co-working industry.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
- Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences for clients.
