Manager - Sales - Courier Services (6-11 yrs)

Job Description :

- Responsibility to develop customer base in Bangalore. ( Direct Shippers, vendors, co-loaders, Consolidators)

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

- Achieve a set number of visit targets in line with your sales targets for new business and/or maintaining existing customers.

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

- Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports

- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

- Continuously improve through feedback

- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Desired Candidate Profile :

- The candidate must have working experience in courier sales.

- Demonstrate a sound understanding of sales techniques, together with good commercial awareness and understanding of the International/Domestic Courier Industry.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and negotiation skills

- Good numeracy and presentation skills are essential in this role

- Operate Microsoft Windows Office

- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
