Preference : A person must have min 5 years field sales of construction equipment. Ex. Scaffolding, Crain, RMC Plant, RMC pump, concrete mixer and pump, vibration compactor, batching plant
Package : Upto 10 lacs PA
Education : Any Graduate preferably Civil/ Construction field
Job Description :
- Primarily your focus should be on the sale of products and services to probable customers within a specific region.
- Must contact all the existing clients and potential customers to discuss their products need of standard as well as customized scaffolding.
- Collaborate with production and technical team for cost calculation and time for production.
- Carry out price negotiations with the customers on behalf of the organization to reach a favorable deal of sales and/or rental agreement scaffold.
- Collaborate with the Directors in planning sales activities and setting sales goals for the assigned Territory.
- Develop creative and innovative ways to market Company's product or services.
- Communicate regularly with customers to inform about new products, special promotions, etc.
- Identify sales and marketing opportunities within the assigned districts.
- Recommend changes in sales or marketing approach to ensure sales and service objectives are met successfully.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market competitions through continuous market research and analysis.
- Correspond proactively with all corporate partners to maintain positive and long term business relationship.
- Assist in interviewing, recruiting and training the sales team under him.
- Generate sales reports for the management on periodic basis.
