Manager - Sales - Compressor (6-12 yrs)
- Having thorough knowledge of turbomachinery product range and New Solutions Applications to meet customer Requirement.
- Experience to handle broad spectrum of customers like of Oil & Gas , Steel ,Fertilizer like RELIANCE , JSW , IOCL , ONGC , HRRL ,PSU's , SAIL, ONGC ,EPC /PMC (L&T ,EIL , Technip ,Tata Projects)
- Competency to understand and handle complex techno commercial Tendering requirements for major compressor/rotary equipment customer: TATA / SAIL / JSW/ HMEL/ BHEL / ONGC / PSU's.
- Target Oriented and Responsible for Local & Global Business from given set of customers.
- Planning and forecasting business figures for local and global business
- Local :Enquiry Generation, Review, Offer/Tender, Keeping track of submitted offer / tender till order booking.
- Global : Liasion with HQ, Product center & Customer for Enquiry, Orders.
- Techno-Commercial Negotiation with customer.
- Sales Team Support all India
- Working Experience with Large OEM compressor or rotating equipment manufacturing company.
- Analyze latest marketing trends and tracking competitors' profile for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
- Focus on achieving pre-defined sales target and growth across pan India.
- Initiate market development efforts to expand Customer base and setting up business operations in untapped markets.
- Shoulder end-to-end sales & marketing responsibility involving pre-qualification of Turbo machinery, pre-bid discussions, bid preparation,
post-bid discussions and commercial/price negotiations with Customers.
- Enlist the equipment with Process Licensors and EPCM/PMC for Project specific vendors list.
- Formulate strategic tie-ups with partners with large OEM's /Solution Providers to tap business potential available in market.
- Business maturity to handle site and commercial issue resolution
