Manager - Sales - Commercial Leasing (5-15 yrs)
1. 5-9 years of experience in retail/real estate industry with atleast 3 years experience in Leasing
2. Responsible for managing optimum occupancy and maximizing revenues for the mall/property through negotiations and finalization of deals with vanilla/ in-line and local brands, in alignment with the desired tenant mix and pricing strategy
3. Undertake the various marketing activities for the mall/project in terms of development of attractive brochures and effective presentations to International Property Consultants (IPCs)
4. Execute effective sales pitch with mini-anchors, vanilla/ in-line and local brands, discuss and understand the retailer's needs/ objectives
