Manager - Sales/Client Relationship - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Handle a team of Sales Managers.
- Recruiting the team of Sales Managers and building the agency
- Responsible for the productivity of the sales manager, handhold the sales manager in the early stages
- Ensure confirmation of all financial and administrative systems.
- Ensure Compliance with all statutory & regulatory norms.
- Assist clients during the claims process.
- Maintain electronic and paper records.
- Training motivating and driving these certified financial consultants(agents) to sell Insurance
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Any graduation
- Min 2 years experience in sales and marketing
- The candidate must be local to the same city
- Age: 25 to 37 years
- Good Communication Skills
