Roles and Responsibilities :
- To achieve annual sales budget for the assigned territory.
- To plan and deploy dealer wise Annual budget and MOU and bifurcate product wise Annual Budget and quarterly performance evaluation of dealers.
- Appointment of potential Channel Network with proper evaluation.
- Territory mapping and identification of potential market and ensure deep penetration.
- Retail management to ensure maximum penetration and visibility at market place.
- Collect competitors information, activity and deploy strategies with support of higher management.
- Reach extension to assigned area and untapped territories with GTM strategy.
- To coordinate with service team for smooth product service and replacements to channel.
- To provide inputs on SFOP and Final corrections every month, ensuring availability to market.
- Effectively plan and execute sales promotional activities and monitor the same. Organize sales promotional activities and events including awareness camps, media planning and advertising .
