Manager - Sales - Business Loan (2-6 yrs)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Representative with a background in Direct Selling Agent (DSA) activities within the banking industry, particularly in the realm of business loans. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and facilitating the acquisition of business loans.
Responsibilities :
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and target potential clients in need of business loans through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
2. Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Product Knowledge : Demonstrate a deep understanding of business loan products, features, and benefits, and effectively communicate these to potential clients.
4. Sales Strategy Development : Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue generation.
5. Documentation and Compliance : Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with banking regulations and policies.
6. Market Research : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
7. Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements :
1. Experience:- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably within the banking industry with a focus on business loans. Experience working as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) is highly desirable.
2. Knowledge:- Sound understanding of business loan products, financial services, and banking regulations. Familiarity with the local business landscape in Bangalore is a plus.
3. Communication Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
4. Negotiation Skills:- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and secure favorable terms for both the client and the organization.
5. Target-Oriented:- Goal-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
6. Team Player:- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
7. Education:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
8. Certifications:- Any relevant certifications in sales or banking would be advantageous.
