Manager - Sales/Business Development - Staffing/Recruitment Firm (10-20 yrs)
Job Purpose:
- sales and business development of Staffing /recruitment services to clients in Non - IT sector, if they have or possess little experience with Pharma Clients, will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibility:
- To generate leads in the Pharma / Healthcare space and present them our capabilities on various aspects of staffing including blue collar and Niche hiring.
- To consistently follow up and sign up clients across regions and geographies.
- Onboard minimum 2 clients a month and generate revenue and GP within 1 month of signup.
- Create a dedicated pipeline of potential accounts and consistently follow up for closures
- Manage relationships with the existing accounts and mine them for more business opportunities
