Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for market research and analysis to identify new sales potentials for the defined range of Special Sealing Automotive products & Diaphragm.

- Seeking out new customers for business expansion.

- Knowledge of application based technical specifications of customers.

- Strategic planning and building up short- and long-term business plans.

- Close alignment with Lead Center, Competence Center and the local Plant and Sales Management to drive and execute the growth targets for the Indian market.

- Supports the sales channels through offering technical product information.

- Manages customer requests for quotation, coordinates feasibility analyses, and provides price recommendations.

- Provides oversight to the product portfolio, including price and profitability tracking.

- Conducts strategic and Annual Sales Planning for assigned market segment.

- Drives, supports, and implements transfer projects and local new business start of production.

- Manage customer business reviews to communicate and prove value delivery and reinforce relationships.

- Market segmentation, mapping & penetration for new business opportunity.

- Managing Business development & Sales to OEM'S for Special Sealing Automotive products & Diaphragm.
