Manager - Sales/Business Development - Media (3-6 yrs)

We are looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial, and experienced Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for sourcing new partnership leads, building strong relationships with both media agencies and brand directly, as well as closing revenue generating and profitable deals.

Responsibilities :


- You masterfully nurture prospective client relationships and build a collaborative rapport with internal team members.


- Understanding how to diagnose client challenges and provide strategic marketing solutions.


- Collaborating with the executive team to establish and aggressively pursue new business goals.


- Developing a strategic marketing plan for the agency.


- Leveraging existing relationships into mutually beneficial agency-client partnerships.


- Representing agency at industry events in order to create new connections.


- Once a qualified lead is ready to engage, managing the process and producing key sales.


- Reporting on sales activity and sales goals.


- Driving content strategy for agency marketing and directs content creation in the form of a brand video(s), prospecting emails, thought-leadership content, case studies, etc.


Qualifications :


- Proven experience of business development or sales experience.


- Understanding the media and digital landscape.


- High-level client direct relationships.


- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to a diverse audience both internally and externally.
