Manager - Sales/Business Development - Life Insurance (2-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Looking Sales/business Development Manager for our leading life insurance client.
Responsibilities :
- Identify potential clients through various methods.
- Explain policy options and benefits to clients.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Build strong client relationships and address inquiries.
- Stay informed about insurance products and industry trends.
- Guide clients through the sales process and paperwork.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate records and submit necessary reports.
- Comply with licensing and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Minimum 2 Years
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- CTC up to 4.5 LPA + other benefits
