Manager - Sales/Business Development - IT (7-12 yrs)

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Sales/ Business Development manager. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.


- The candidate should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones should have strong communication skills and possess good negotiation skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Requirements:

- Has 7 - 10 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.

- Primary focus verticals are IT, Enterprise, and other vertical businesses.

- Should have a good network of connections.

- Must possess strong customer service skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Fluent English.

- Should be a go-getter.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Prepare, and deliver pitches to potential clients.

- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.

- Must be detail-oriented and an active listener.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Team player and ability to work with, and through others.

- Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with B2B clients.
